Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of ViralCuts, a web application operated by APT4 Tecnologia. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to YouTube Terms of Service

ViralCuts uses YouTube API Services. By creating an account or otherwise using ViralCuts, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You also acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Service Description

ViralCuts provides tools to discover public video references, download and process eligible videos, generate AI-assisted clips, captions, titles and descriptions, and optionally schedule or publish clips to social accounts connected by the user. Features may vary by plan, platform availability, API quotas and third-party service availability.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the videos you choose to process, the clips you generate and the content you publish through the service.
• You must have the necessary rights, permissions or legal basis to use, transform, download, upload, schedule or publish any content through the service.
• You must not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, spam or harmful activity, or in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube and Google APIs

When you connect a YouTube account, you authorize the service to use the OAuth scopes you have granted, strictly for the features you enable. These scopes are used to read basic channel information, to upload videos you have approved, and to retrieve the public counters (views, likes and comments) of videos you have published with the service.

You may revoke this access at any time from inside the application, from the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en, or from the Google account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AI-Generated Output

AI-generated titles, descriptions, clip selections, captions and visual suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You should review the output before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated clips will achieve any specific reach, revenue, engagement or platform result.

AI processing is used to assist your workflow. We do not use Google user data or YouTube API Data to train generalized AI models, and we do not allow our AI providers to do so.

Plans, Credits and Availability

Paid plans, credits, automation limits, rendering speed and publishing limits may change over time. Third-party APIs and server capacity may affect availability. We may pause, throttle or limit jobs to protect service stability, prevent abuse or comply with third-party API limits.

Account and Token Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Connected social-account tokens are used only to provide the requested connection, publishing and public-counter retrieval features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies or third-party rights.
